We have provided an example of what a typical 3 day course could look like in the table below but you can mix and match them to your needs.
Nutrition and lifestyle workshop
Our Nutrition and Lifestyle module focuses on empowering employees with practical knowledge to make healthier food and lifestyle choices. First Aid
We offer comprehensive first aid training designed to equip you with the essential skills to respond confidently in emergencies. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a recognized certification, ensuring you're prepared to make a life-saving difference when it matters most.

Desk Fit
Participants stay at their desk during fitness movements and stretches, specifically designed to help their time at the desk

Self Defence

Mental Health Awareness
We offer Mental Health Awareness training to help you and your workforce recognise the signs of mental health challenges and respond with compassion and support.
