Tim Morgan
Co-Founder and Director of Healthcare Strategy
Tim is an experienced healthcare professional with nearly 18 years in the sector, combining expertise in healthcare, pharmacy and digital transformation. As a registered pharmacist and independent prescriber, Tim has held multiple senior management roles, leading diverse teams across service development, operations, clinical governance, and product management. Although Tim is an expert in medicines, he is a strong advocate for healthy lifestyle and preventative care believing that an improvement in diet and exercise is the best way to improve our health and happiness. Tim keeps fit through walking in the outdoors, swimming and he is also a black belt in Taekwondo, representing Wales internationally.

Kas Morgan
Co-Founder and Director of Fitness and Wellbeing
Kas is a fitness and wellbeing professional with extensive experience in personal training and holistic health. After becoming a personal trainer in 2010, Kas has since specialised in areas such as GP referral training, obesity weight management, nutrition, athletic performance, strength & conditioning, and body composition. Additionally, Kas is a certified yoga instructor, teaching mother and baby yoga, toddler yoga, and family yoga, with a focus on enhancing both physical fitness and mental wellbeing. Building on years of hands-on experience, Kas is also advancing her knowledge through a BSc in Public Health & Wellbeing, ensuring she stays at the forefront of health research and best practices to better support clients. In addition to her professional expertise, Kas has completed both the New York and London Marathons, bringing personal experience of endurance and perseverance to her approach. This hands-on understanding of setting and achieving ambitious goals enhances her ability to inspire and guide clients toward their own health and fitness aspirations.

Darren Johns
Senior Training Provider
As a qualified and vastly experienced trainer, Darren has spent over 15 years delivering training programs, bringing practical, first-hand expertise into the learning process and providing accredited qualifications. With 33 years experience in policing, his approach integrates real-world experience with educational excellence, ensuring that every session is grounded in both theory and practice. Specialising in safeguarding, health, and wellbeing, Darren offers expert training in a wide range of critical areas, including: Emergency First Aid Mental Health Awareness Conflict Resolution and Stress Management Resilience and Confidence Building Self-defence Darren is also a highly respected 6th Dan black belt in Taekwon-do, teaching fitness and vital self-defence skills to classes of over 40 people, in a fun and engaging way.
