When you book wedding personal training sessions with us, you can expect a tailored experience focused on your unique goals ready for the big day. Our expert trainers will guide you through each workout, providing support, motivation, and expert advice to help you achieve the result you're looking for. You can choose from individual sessions, couple or a Bridal Party/ Groom + friends or mix the two for up to 8 people! When you book your session, you will have the option to pick your preferred date and time for the first session. The remaining sessions can be flexibly arranged between yourself and your trainer.

What to expect
First Session
1 hour 15 minutes
Place of your choice eg home, park, gym*
In the first session, we will spend around10 - 15 minutes going over some basics eg health & safety. Your trainer will go through any questions you have about the training and then spend an hour focusing on the training itself. You will have already filled in health information online ready for the sessions so we can get going!
*Groups of 2 people or more are more likely to be trained outdoors near your home.
All other sessions
1 hour
Place of your choice eg home, park, gym
We can train you anywhere you like! If you prefer your own garden or garage, our trainers will bring equipment with them. If you prefer a gym, we work with local gyms to be able to train you there too. Or you might prefer the open space of a park!

Feel Good With Food

Daily & Weekly
In the first week you will have been sent a 7-day food journal to fill in for your average week with no changes. Our trainers can look at this and make suggestions to help improve the way food will make you feel. Suggestions will be small at first and then increase as you build your healthy habits and start to feel good!
