When you book a personal training session with us, you can expect a tailored experience focused on your unique goals. Our expert trainers will guide you through each workout, providing support, motivation, and expert advice to help you achieve lasting results. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level, we’re here to help you focus and feel good.
What to expect
First Session
1 hour 30 minutes
Place of your choice eg home, park, gym
In the first session, we will spend around 30 minutes getting to know your goals a bit better. What exercises do you like? What exercises don't you like! Your trainer will go through any questions you have about the training and then spend an hour focusing on the training itself.
All other sessions
1 hour
Place of your choice eg home, park, gym
We can train you anywhere you like! If you prefer your own garden or garage, our trainers will bring equipment with them. If you prefer a gym, we work with local gyms to be able to train you there too. Or you might prefer the open space of a park!
Feel Good With Food
Online
Daily & Weekly
In the first week you will have been sent a 7-day food journal to fill in for your average week with no changes. Our trainers can look at this and make suggestions to help improve the way food will make you feel. Suggestions will be small at first and then increase as you build your healthy habits and start to feel good!
